HOW IT WORKS
From Your Design to an Approved Sample and Bulk Production
Our process separates initial review, paid sample development, sample approval and bulk production so that materials, construction, artwork, timing and responsibilities are clear before a full order begins.
A CLEAR APPROVAL PATH
Share the project
Send the product, design or reference, available tech pack, quantity per color, target material, customization, destination and required date. We identify missing information.
Confirm specifications and quotation
We clarify measurements, material, construction, artwork, trims, labels, packaging, quantity and payment terms. Freight and taxes are separate unless explicitly included.
Pay the sample fee and begin development
The sample clock begins after payment and all information required for that sample is confirmed. Basic styles start from approximately seven days; complex styles receive a project-specific schedule.
Review and approve the sample
Check measurements, fit, fabric, color, construction, artwork and brand details. Consolidate any revision comments. Cost and timing for further work are confirmed before proceeding.
Confirm the bulk order
The final sample/specification, color and size quantities, packing, price, payment and shipping arrangement are confirmed. Production begins after sample approval and receipt of the required deposit.
Bulk production
Standard production is usually approximately 15–30 days from the confirmed starting point. Quantity, material readiness and process sequence affect the final schedule.
Quality control and packing
Checks follow the approved sample and written order details and may include measurements, workmanship, appearance, decoration, labels, hardware, quantity and packing.
Shipping and documents
Use your nominated forwarder or ask us to obtain a shipping quote. Freight, duties and taxes are separate unless stated otherwise. DDP may be available for eligible routes after confirmation.
Payment and shipping
Payment is available through Alibaba.com Trade Assurance or T/T bank transfer according to the confirmed quotation. Always verify beneficiary details against the formal invoice through an established contact channel.
Buyers may use their regular freight forwarder. When Boxiang helps arrange transport, the forwarder’s actual freight and applicable tax/duty arrangement are quoted separately from the product unless the order explicitly states otherwise.
