CUSTOMIZATION CAPABILITIES
Techniques Selected for the Garment, Not Added as an Afterthought
The right decoration depends on artwork, fabric, construction, wash and intended hand feel. Use this page to identify a direction, then send the artwork, dimensions and placement for a project-specific review.
Printing
Screen, digital, heat transfer, puff, flock, reflective, glitter, all-over and other suitable specialty effects.
Choice depends on artwork detail, color count, size, fabric surface, wash, quantity and hand feel.
Embroidery & patches
Flat and 3D embroidery, chenille, appliqué, embroidered or woven patches, plus suitable sequin, bead, cutwork and chain-stitch effects.
Dense embroidery can change drape and weight, so placement is tested with the garment.
Wash & surface effects
Garment washing, fading, vintage-inspired finishes, distressing, spray bleach, tie-dye and sample-matched effects.
Results vary by fiber, dye and batch; the approved physical sample is the production reference.
Trims & hardware
Zippers, custom pullers, snaps, rivets, eyelets, metal labels, cord ends, adjusters, elastic and webbing.
Highly customized components may have separate supplier minimums and setup charges.
Labels & packaging
Woven and printed labels, size and care labels, leather or faux-leather patches, hangtags, poly bags and cartons.
Fabric sourcing
Jersey, interlock, piqué, French terry, fleece, double knit, rib, denim, twill, canvas, nylon, polyester woven, wool blends, faux leather and linings.
How to brief a technique
- Send the artwork file and finished dimensions.
- Mark the exact garment placement.
- Provide color references and desired surface/hand feel.
- Identify the base garment and fabric.
- State any wash requirement.
- Confirm quantity per style and color.
Final availability, price, minimums and lead time are confirmed during development. Certified organic or recycled claims are used only when the selected material and supporting documents are verified for the specific order.
Customization FAQ
Can several techniques be used on one garment?
Yes, when processes are compatible. Printing, embroidery, washing and assembly order must be planned during sampling.
Can you copy an effect from a reference photo?
A photo can communicate direction, but the result depends on the actual fabric and process. Production follows the approved sample or test.
Can you source a process not shown here?
Possibly. Send a clear close-up and describe the desired result. We will check feasibility instead of promising it before review.
