Boxiang maintains more than 50 qualification and supporting records across company, factory, product and business activities. Because scope, issuer and validity differ, buyers should request the documents relevant to their sourcing program.
Documents buyers may request
- Business registration and company identification
- Available social-compliance or factory-audit reports
- Quality-management related documents
- Product or material test reports for a specific item or batch
- Export or transaction-supporting records where appropriate
- Supplier material certificates for a confirmed order, when available
This list describes document categories. It does not claim that every international certification is currently held.
How documents are verified before sharing
- Check the exact document title and issuing organization.
- Confirm the company or facility covered.
- Check issue, audit and expiry dates.
- Confirm the scope and current status.
- Redact sensitive identification, customer or security information where needed.
Expired files are not presented as current. Reports belonging to a supplier, material mill or partner facility are not represented as Boxiang factory certificates.
Buyer-specific requirements
Markets and sourcing programs can have different social, safety, chemical, labeling, material or product testing requirements. Share the required standard at inquiry stage. We will confirm which current documents are available and what additional inspection or testing would need to be arranged.
Organic, recycled and similar certified-material statements are used only after the exact supplier, selected material and order-specific supporting documentation have been verified.
