FIT · WEIGHT · GRAPHIC

A streetwear T-shirt is more than the print

Fabric weight, shrinkage, neckline construction, shoulder position and body width shape how the product looks and feels. We review these details with the artwork before building the sample.

Silhouettes

Regular, oversized, drop-shoulder, boxy, cropped, heavyweight, long-sleeve and panelled designs.

Materials

Cotton jersey, heavyweight jersey, interlock, piqué and cotton/stretch blends, with other options sourced on request.

Finishes

Screen and digital print, heat transfer, puff, embroidery, patches, garment wash, fading and tie-dye.

For necklines, we review rib width, stretch and recovery, collar height, topstitching and shoulder reinforcement—especially important on heavyweight and oversized designs.

Custom T-shirt FAQ

Do you use ready-made blank T-shirts?

Our focus is custom cut-and-sew manufacturing, so fit, fabric, construction and branding can be developed for the project.

What GSM can you make?

Available options cover a broad range. The correct choice depends on composition, structure, color, hand feel and supplier availability. Share a target or physical reference for review.

Can the MOQ include several sizes?

Yes. Sizes can be mixed within 50 pieces of the same style and color.

Can you match a Pantone color?

Pantone can be used as a target, but final approval should be based on the actual project fabric or sample because dye and finishing affect appearance.
